Which grooming service does my dog need?
Choose based on your dog's coat and goals. Dogs with growing hair, like doodles, poodles and shih tzus, usually need full grooming. Short-coated dogs do well with a bath and brush. Heavy shedders benefit from de-shedding. Puppies start with puppy grooming. Nail care, dog walking and extras round out the routine.

What is the difference between a full groom and a bath and brush?
A full groom includes a haircut or trim shaped to your dog's breed and coat, along with bath, dry, brush, nails and ears. A bath and brush includes everything except the haircut: it cleans, conditions, dries and brushes out the coat. Short coats rarely need haircuts; long and curly coats do.

Many long-coated dogs alternate: a full grooming every six weeks and a bath and brush in between to stay fresh.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most dogs benefit from professional grooming every four to eight weeks. Curly and long coats need the shorter end, while short coats can go longer. Heavy shedders benefit from seasonal de-shedding, and nails usually need trimming every three to six weeks. Each service page has a frequency guide by coat type.

How much do grooming services cost?

Some services, like dog walking, may have more limited availability in farther areas.
