What is our mission?

Our mission is to make professional grooming easy for owners and genuinely pleasant for dogs. We deliver high-quality, efficient, stress-free grooming at your doorstep, so every dog leaves fresh, fluffy and absolutely adorable, and every owner gets their time back. We started Fluffy Dog Grooming with a simple belief: grooming shouldn't be something dogs dread. Too many dogs spend hours in kennels at busy salons, stressed by noise and strangers. By bringing grooming to the home, we remove the hardest parts of the experience, and we can focus entirely on one dog at a time.

What is our grooming philosophy?

We believe great grooming is precise, patient and personal. Every dog is groomed according to their breed, coat and temperament, not a one-size-fits-all routine. How do you care for anxious dogs?

Anxious dogs benefit enormously from mobile grooming. There's no car ride, no waiting room and no other dogs, just one calm groomer in a quiet van right outside home. We move slowly, introduce tools gradually, take breaks and use gentle handling. Over time, many nervous dogs come to accept or even enjoy grooming.

Tell us about your dog's triggers when you book, whether it's dryers, nail trims or having their face touched. We'll plan the appointment around them.

How do you care for senior dogs?

Senior dogs get extra patience and comfort. We adjust positioning for stiff joints, offer breaks, keep appointments as short as practical and use gentle products for sensitive skin. Avoiding car rides and long salon waits is especially kind to older dogs, and a tidy coat and short nails help them move more comfortably.

What products do you use?

We use premium grooming products chosen for each coat type: gentle shampoos for sensitive skin, conditioners for curly and long coats, and products suited to double coats during de-shedding. If your veterinarian has prescribed a specific shampoo, we're happy to use it. The goal is a clean, soft, healthy coat without irritation.
