What should I expect after booking?
After you book, we'll confirm your appointment and arrival window. On the day, our van arrives at your home, we briefly discuss your preferences, and your dog is groomed one-on-one inside the van. When the groom is finished, we return your dog to your door and share any notes about coat, skin or paws.

How should I prepare my dog for grooming?
Walk your dog and give them a potty break before we arrive, and avoid a large meal right before the appointment. Have your dog on a leash or ready at the door. Let us know about health issues, anxiety, sensitive areas, matting or preferred styles. Clear a safe parking spot for our van if possible.
